The plumbing trade has changed dramatically over the last 40 years. As a result, I have a wealth of experience and knowledge that is becoming hard to find. Domestic maintenance is the core of my work. I recognise, and can work on, the oldest systems, but I am also fully qualified to work on the most modern heating systems. I am Gas Safe Registered and can legitimately work on Natural Gas and LPG systems. I am also qualified to inspect properties for Legionella risk. I fit internet heating controls and  recommend the Nest range of Learning Thermostats.

Inevitably, having operated my business in the beautiful East of Fife, I work in a lot of holiday homes. I do annual Landlords Gas Safety Checks. Both Letting Agents and Homeowners seem to trust me with refurbishments in their valuable properties.

To summerise: Old, or new, I can probably repair it. If repair isn't the best solution, I replace boilers and systems and have vast experience in design and installation of bathrooms and kitchens.
